About Willow Creek
248 homes, two ponds and a lot of good neighbors.
Willow Creek is a neighborhood of 248 single-family homes built between 1998 and 2006 around two spring-fed ponds and the creek it’s named for. Tree-lined streets, sidewalks on both sides and a clubhouse at the center make it an easy place to meet your neighbors.
What the association does
Every homeowner is a member of the Willow Creek Homeowners Association. Your dues pay for the pool, clubhouse, courts, playground, trails and ponds; the landscaping at the entrances and along the common areas; streetlight electricity; snow removal on the trails; insurance; and a reserve fund for big future repairs.
A five-member volunteer board, elected by the homeowners, sets the budget and looks after the covenants with help from Keystone Community Management.
Getting involved
Committees for architectural review, grounds and social events are always looking for neighbors with a few hours to spare. Come to a board meeting or send us a note.
