Welcome, neighbor
Everything you need in your first few weeks.
Welcome to Willow Creek! We’re glad you’re here. This page collects what new neighbors ask about most in their first few weeks.
Your resident portal account
Request an account with your address. Once the board confirms it, you can read residents-only documents, send requests to the board, reserve the clubhouse and courts, and choose whether to appear in the neighbor directory.
Dues
Annual dues are $420, due January 31. If you bought mid-year, your share was likely settled at closing — check your closing statement.
Before you change the outside of your home
Fences, paint colors, sheds, patios and big landscaping changes need architectural approval first. It’s quick: submit a request in the portal with a photo or sketch.
The pool
Pool key fobs are $10 each. Ask for yours through the portal and pick it up at the clubhouse.
